Beomnaegol is on line 1 towards Busan Station; Seomyeon is the line 1 and 2 interchange that opens up Haeundae. Which of the two you use most is what makes that 80m difference matter.

Busan Station is 4.4km and Gimhae International Airport 10.4km. Reviews repeatedly describe a street of restaurants behind the hotel, with cafés and convenience stores close by; the nearest convenience store registers at 60m.

The caveat is the neighbourhood after dark. The location scores 8.4, the lowest of the Busan hotels covered here, and the walk to a station looks like the reason.
