Sources are chosen deliberately and every page carries the date its facts were verified, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at all times. Facilities and policies change without notice

Pools, breakfast service and shuttles stop running for a season or for a while. Check-in times, child policies and pet rules can be changed by the property at any time. Changes after our verification date may not be reflected yet, so confirm the details on the listing before you pay.

We are not a party to your booking

This site takes no bookings and processes no payments. The booking contract is between you and Agoda (and the property); we are not a party to it.

That means changes, cancellations, refunds, payment errors and anything that happens during a stay cannot be handled here. Contact Agoda customer service through the account you booked with. This site is not an official Agoda channel and makes no promises on Agoda’s or a property’s behalf.

Travel decisions

Entry requirements, visas, passport validity, health rules, insurance and local safety depend on your own circumstances and on when you travel. Confirm them with official sources — your government, the airport, the airline. Where this site covers such topics, it is reference material accurate as at the verification date and does not replace official guidance. The final decision, and responsibility for it, is yours.
