The hotel is on Nguyen Van Cu Street in District 1. It is genuinely in District 1, but set back from the Ben Thanh Market and Dong Khoi cluster where most sightseeing happens.

Real distances: 1.97km to the Independence Palace, 2.36km to City Hall, 2.6km to Nghia An Hoi Quan Pagoda, 2.75km to Thien Hau Temple. Walkable on paper, wearing in practice — most people will end up taking cars for at least some of it.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 6.54km away but the drive runs about 28 minutes. Short distance, long trip — that is Ho Chi Minh City. Rush hour is worse, so leave margin on departure day.

Saigon railway station is 2.08km away and there is a clinic just 360m from the hotel. That last one matters more than it sounds when you are traveling with children.

Rooms & occupancy

The lineup splits in two. Hotel rooms include deluxe king and the club floor — club deluxe twin, club junior suite queen, club executive suite king.

Apartment rooms include one-bedroom luxury apartments, one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, and two-bedroom apartments. For a longer stay, or a family that needs to prepare meals, start there.

Guest reviews show families with young children, families with teenagers, couples, solo travelers, groups and business travelers — this is not a property tuned to one segment.

Club floor rooms come with lounge access, but what is included varies by rate plan. Check what the price difference actually buys before booking.

Facilities

There is an outdoor pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurants and a bar/lounge. Some rooms have bathtubs.

Ho Chi Minh City afternoons get hot, so a pool is genuinely useful as a mid-day break. Confirm the operating hours with the property after booking.

Compared & alternatives

If your plan is to walk to everything, a property closer to Ben Thanh Market or Dong Khoi fits better. This one trades that for quiet and larger rooms.
